The above misconception has been believed by manufacturers, inspectors and officials for years, even though it is not true.
 
When it is required that your products be tested and approved to comply with safety standards, there are a number of qualified testing laboratories which are approved to test and certify products. According to OSHA, the testing organization must be a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL).

Scrolling Sales works exclusively with Intertek to receive the ETL Service mark.  Intertek is recognized by OSHA as a NRTL and the ETL Mark is given to compliant products which meet UL Standard.

For equipment requiring OSHA recognized national laboratory testing and certification, such as any equipment, which will be installed by union personnel, we are well situated to meet those requirements.
